Split into categories of well-being, employee engagement and talent initiative, the Creditsafe Group has succeeded in its category for best employee engagement initiative. As a result, the Creditsafe Group has created a programme, titled ‘Be Well’, which focuses on both the physical and psychological health of its employees. The Creditsafe Group has also significantly improved its employer brand and approach to talent management by bringing together several departments to encourage a varied level of work ethic, passion and drive.
This award recognises organisations that have embedded, or are seeking to embed, a culture of trust and empowerment that enhances employee involvement, engagement, and commitment in working towards the success of the business.
The judges were looking for evidence of:
• how culture is part of what the organisation values and how it is embedded in the way it communicates, innovates and operates on a day-to-day basis;
• how employee voice and proactive measures are part of making the workplace inclusive, enabling a place where people feel respected, developed and want to contribute to the best of their ability;
• how culture and a shared approach has had a positive impact on the performance of the organisation as well as on the overall employee experience.
