Undeterred by the pandemic, they introduced an innovative webinar programme to tell their stories, demonstrate their inclusivity, and inspire talented people to work for the company.
The Office for National Statistics has a real innovative approach when using technology and online media marketing to promote the ONS brand, demonstrated through their development of a learning partnership with candidates and actively encouraging diverse applicants. This specific project is continuing to develop and flex to attract talent from all levels which can only benefit the ONS culture. A programme which is well thought through to change the attraction strategy and achieve recruitment on hard to fill roles while improving diversity and inclusivity.
