Rules of Entry 

  1.  All entries should be submitted via the awards portal at:
  2.  We recommend that you use Chrome, although the platform is supported by other browsers.
  3.  When you begin to enter a category, you will be asked to register on which will create your unique log-in.  You can start your application and save and return to complete it at a later stage.  The entry within these limits.
  4.  You are required to upload your logo which should be a colour jpeg or .eps file with a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
  5.  You may upload ONE additional piece of supporting information for each entry. Please do not upload any further written material as the judges will not consider this.  The written component of your entry should be fully explained within the “official” form.
  6.  Supporting information should be in PDF or JPEG format (maximum file size 5MB). Video attachments may be hosted on a video site such as YouTube or Vimeo (and counts towards the additional attachment limit).
  7.  All entries must be submitted via the official online entry system by the deadline of 23:59 on Friday 30 December 2022.
  8.  The eligibility period for your submission should relate to the period January 2020 to date.
  9.  You may enter the same project into more than one category, but please ensure that each submission is tailored.  Duplicate entries will not be accepted.
  10.  Consultants entering an initiative that was delivered with/for a client must have written consent from the client.  Consultants are advised to clarify the position with respect to promotion of shortlisted entries with their client in advance of entering.
  11.  The project name given on the entry form will be used throughout the campaign.
  12.  Entrants may mark sensitive parts of their entries “not for publication” (e.g exact budget figures) provided that such restrictions are not used unreasonably.
  13.  Shortlisted finalists will be announced via social media on Tuesday 17 January 2023.
  14.  Finalists agree that their project name, company logo and any supporting image may be used on the CIPD Wales Awards website, in online promotion leading up to the awards ceremony, onscreen during the ceremony, and in case studies post-event.
  15.  All finalists have the right to promote themselves as CIPD Wales Awards 2023 finalists/winners – we will provide social media banners for this purpose.
  16.  Entrants agree to cooperate fully with the judges and their representatives.
  17. As part of the judging process, all finalists will be required to attend a virtual interview on Thursday 26 January 2023. We regret that the dates cannot be changed but we may be able to accommodate specific timing requests.
  18. The judges’ decision is final no further correspondence will be entered into. Due to the volume of entries, we cannot provide feedback on all individual entries.
